Simis will provide customers with appropriate suggestions based on the drawings, materials, surface quality and other requirements provided by customers, such as which production process is most suitable, which material is more economical and does not affect the use, whether surface treatment is needed to improve the surface performance of the product, etc.

Yes, Simis will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the samples provided by customers and draw 3D and processing drawings, and manufacture molds for the samples provided by customers to facilitate mass production.

We need you to provide us with the following information so that we can calculate a detailed quote:

· 2D drawings and 3D models with dimensional tolerances

· Grades of metal and alloy required for the part

· Mechanical properties

· Heat treatment (if any)

· Quality assurance requirements

· Special finishing requirements (if any)

· Application of the required casting

Simis strictly guarantee the security of customer information and privacy. The information submitted by customers is only used for quotation calculation and negotiation. We can sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure the security of information of both parties.

Yes, we will provide material reports including chemical composition, mechanical properties and other properties regardless of customer request.

We need to negotiate with both parties to confirm the appropriate payment method. Simis usually uses bank transfer for public payment. Regarding the payment ratio of the deposit and the balance, we are willing to discuss the final terms with you.

Different production processes have different production cycles. If a mold is required in the process, the mold generation time is longer, about 30 days; if a mold is not required, the production time is shorter, about 15 days.

Sample manufacturing: After all aspects of the parts are confirmed, it takes about 30 to 45 days to manufacture sample molds and deliver samples.

Mass production: After receiving the mass contract, our company will schedule production, and it will take about 35 days to complete mass production and prepare for shipment.
