SIMIS Group is located in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, China. Shanxi's rich resources—iron ore, coal, and reliable electricity—give the region a strong edge in making ferrous metal castings and forgings.
Company Structure and Growth
The Group includes two key companies:
Taiyuan SIMIS Investment Casting Co., Ltd. (Established 2004): Focuses mainly on custom casting services.
Shanxi KSN Precision Forging Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Established 2015): Extends our custom forging capabilities due to market demand.
SIMIS has grown constantly since 2004, aiming to become a larger group corporation by 2027.
Process Expansion
SIMIS has expanded its processes from initial investment casting to include:
Casting: Investment casting(lost-wax casting), sand casting, shell mold casting, lost foam casting, gravity permanent mold casting, die casting.
Forging: Closed Die forging, open-die forging(free forging), cold forging, ring forging(ring rolling).
We are now improving composite casting and forging. This uses process strengths to lower costs and achieve a balance of "complex structure + high performance."
